1. Customer Service

Most questions and service can be handled via contact us form. In instances that cannot be resolved in this manner our Customer Service Department can be reached at 1-800-421-6175 Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Pacific Time)

2. Purpose of Information

The products and information on this site are provided for informative purposes only and in no way should they be substituted for the advice of a Health Care Professional. You should not use the information for diagnostic purposes of any health issue or medical condition. Always contact your healthcare professional in regards to interactions between dietary supplements and any medication you may currently be taking.

3. Order Acceptance

Please understand that certain orders may be unacceptable and may need to be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Reasons that may cause your order to be refused or canceled include, but are not limited to, errors in product pricing or content; local, state, national or international restrictions on product ingredients; international shipping restrictions; or payment authorization problems. In any of these cases you will be notified by email. All orders placed by you the customer, for processing will be verified and confirmed by email notification. Orders will then be processed for shipping and you will be notified when your order is shipped. For your convenience your credit card will be charged at time of shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our "State of the Art" Climate controlled warehouse, located in Los Angeles, CA. Standard shipping cost is $6.95 for deliveries anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.  Orders over $75.00 for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States receive Free Shipping.

Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam)

Standard shipping cost of $6.95 will apply to all orders weighing less than 2-lbs. An additional $3.95 handling charge will be applied to all orders weighing over 2-lbs. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam will be sent via USPS only, orders requiring other forms of shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Please contact us should you require an alternate shipping method. Free shipping promotion does not apply to orders outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Your confirmation of order shipment will include a USPS/UPS tracking number, which links to delivery information. Average delivery time 3 to 6 business days.

 

5. International Orders

All International orders will be charged a $3.95 handling charge plus postage costs calculated by the weight and destination of order. Shipping method will be determined once costs are calculated. Delivery time for Flat Rate may be up to six weeks depending on destination country, customs and other factors. For expedited delivery costs and time, please contact CVC4health’s customer service department at customerservice@cvc4health.com Free Shipping promotion does not apply to International orders.

 

6. Order Returns & Refunds

All products sold by CVC 4health.com are guaranteed for potency and purity.We cannot be responsible for your expectations as to the specific results a product may produce. With this in mind the following is our Return and Refund Policy. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your order. Any orders purchased older than 30 days will not be refunded. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items, minimum charge $5.00. Any shipping charges and fees are not refundable. When returning any product you must call our office to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will allow us to accept the product packages when returned. We will not accept any packages without RA #. All returned items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. We do not give any refunds on products that have been opened or damaged. We recommend a tracking number or obtaining a delivery confirmation on all returns. CVC 4Health.com will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items. Products purchased with bonus items must be returned at time of return to receive full refund. If bonus items are not returned, amount refunded will be adjusted, based on items returned.

7. Errors, Typographical or Pricing

Every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of the information and pricing on this web site. However in the event of an error in pricing or product information, CVC 4 Health Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for that item. In any case we will notify you if your order is refused or cancelled for this reason.

8. Security and Privacy

CVC 4 Health Products takes every step necessary to protect your personal information, both online and offline. All sensitive information and credit card transactions are encrypted and protected online with the most advanced encryption software available – SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information is protected offline as well with limited access by only personnel with security clearance log-ins.

We do not share any of your information with any third parties. All customer information is stored on a single secure server with access granted only to CVC 4 Health Products executives.
